Phase 3 Guidelines

Keeping your employees and customers safe is vital. Here are the things you need to consider…

  • Reiterate and enforce the CDC’s guidelines for proper hygiene including frequent handwashing, coughing/sneezing into a tissue or elbow and implement an approved cleaning regimen.
  • Have a plan to enforce the appropriate use of PPE with your staff as per the CDC’s official recommendation and ensure that you display appropriate signage to advise your customers – these are available for FREE at
  • Consider how your business can be configured to encourage social distancing according to the CDC recommendations.
  • Develop a plan for monitoring your employees’ health, with a particular focus on COVID-19 symptoms and decide how you will handle a positive case of COVID-19 in your workplace after you reopen. The OSHA’s guidelines can help.
